Same thing with our dog so we give him the royal canin urinary SO and then i baked the wet food in little chunks and both dogs love them (wont harm the dog w/ stones)...a little work but not bad..bake at 350 for an hour on a cookie sheet with tin foil sprayed with olive oil..stirring ever 20 min...let cool and store in a sealed container...great alternative..the company said, give them the dry kibble as a treat..my dogs love the kibble as their main food..

I never thought about baking the food. What we do for treats is make little treat balls with a melon baller and freeze them. Put balls on wax paper to keep from sticking in pan and between layers if you make a lot. We do 2 cans at a time.
